This Privacy Policy applies to www.now-tracking.com owned and operated by Interplus Inc. (“Interplus″, “We", “Us" or “Our"). This Privacy Policy of Interplus is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The following statement describes Interplus’ Privacy Policy as it relates to the collection, utilize and disclosure of information Interplus receives from users of www.now-tracking.com, and Interplus′ advertising services.


  

Information Interplus Collect


Through our services, our customers, including advertisers, advertising agencies, publishers, and other users of Interplus services, may collect and use information about you how to interactive with the advertisements. Interplus’ services are used to create advertisements, to monitor the performance of and manage advertising campaigns.

Interplus’ technology uses cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies (like pixels and statistical device identifiers) to collect information about your browser or device, the sites it has visited, the advertisements served to it, interactions with those advertisements, and, where available, the geographic location of the device (“behavioral information”).

This behavioral information, which would not let Interplus determine your actual identity, may be shared with our customers and Interplus and our customers’ partners for their lawful advertising purposes. In some places of the world, the behavioral information, such as IP addresses, may be considered to be personal information. Where this is the case, we would comply with applicable laws regarding our usage and processing of personal information.



How Interplus uses information


Interplus’ technology would collect the interest and behavioral information on the Internet about you interact to the advertisements on your devices, the third party websites and mobile applications collect information. The information we collect would be used for online ad tailoring purposes or to deliver an advertisement to you from a company whose website or mobile application you visited or whose advertisement you have viewed in before.

Interplus doesn’t sell user’s data and share cross-client data (clients of licensed techs need to own data collected from campaigns and licensed tech vendor’s can only use aggregated data for system improvements).



What Kind of Data Interplus don’t Collect or Use.


1.Children Under 13

Interplus’ services don’t reach children under 13 directly and don’t collect personal information from children under 13. If Interplus collects the information of children under 13, Interplus will delete it.


2.Sensitive Personal Information

Although Interplus may collect your PII (personally-identifiable information. When you fill in your information), fingerprinting (When you participate in some campaigns), hyperlocal geo (When you open some app or website collecting this information) and IP (When you connect internet), Interplus don’t use them to become a tag or category for advertising. If you consider that we collect this information, please contact us.


3.Others

Interplus collects engage/click-level data instead of impression-level and doesn’t gather data from pages that is not related to ad serving process.Interplus doesn’t browser and collect any packet-sniffing (Reading packets of information from the HTTP request) and any Flash cookies/LSOs (HTTP/browser cookies only).



Browser and Mobile App cookie opt-out


If you decide to delete cookies, you might not be able to access all of the services on Interplus’ website and you may experience technical problems receiving current information from such cookie-deleted websites.


Browser opt-out

If you delete cookies, your saved preferences could be deleted.


1.For Chrome

i.   Open the Chrome.

ii.  At the top right, click icon “More” and then click “Setting”.

iii. At the bottom, click Advanced.

iv.  Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.

v.   Click “Content Setting”, and click “Cookies”, and click “Show all the Cookies and websites”.

vi.  On the top right search bar enter “now-tracking” you will see all the Interplus browser cookies. 

vii. Click the trashcan to delete the cookies. 


2.For Safari

i.   Open the Safari.

ii.  At the top left click “Safari” and click “Preference Settings”.

iii. Click the tab “Privacy” and click the “Managing Website Information”.

iv.  At the right search bar enter “now-tracking”you will see the Interplus browser cookies.

v.   Pick the cookies you want to delete and click the remove button on the left.


3.For Firefox

i.   Open the Firefox.

ii.  At the top right, click icon “Menu”, and click “Preference Settings”.

iii. Click the tab “Privacy and Security”.

iv.  Under the “Browser History”, click “Clear certain website cookies”.

v.   Enter “now-tracking”in the search bar and then you will see the Interplus browser cookies.

vi.  Pick the cookies you want to delete and click “remove” at the bottom.


IDFA and Device ID opt-out


IDFA(iOS) and Device ID(Android) are the identification in mobile device as cookies in websites. When you use some applications, the IDFA(iOS) or Device ID(Android) allows that Interplus’ server to recognize your devices and offer the ad to you. If you don’t want to be targeted, you can follow below instructions to remove your mobile device ids from targeted advertising.


1.iOS Devices

On iOS, you can disable behavioral targeting by enabling the Limit Ad Tracking setting:

i.   Go to Settings.

ii.  Click Privacy.

iii. Scroll down and click Advertising. Enable the Limit Ad Tracking setting.


2.Android Devices

On Android devices, you can disable behavioral targeting by enabling the Opt out of interest-based ads setting:

i.   Go to Settings.

ii.  Click Google Settings.

iii. Click Ads. Enable the check box for Opt out of interest-based ads.


Interplus doesn’t cookie (IDFA or Device ID) match between different 3rd parties through ads served on GDN/O&O inventory and doesn’t assist or knowingly permit any 3rd party to set a cookie, or alter/delete a cookie set, on any Google owned and operated domains (e.g. on the DoubleClick domain). All cookies or mobile device ids lifetimes do not exceed 2 years, unless it’s an opt-out.



Legal Disclaimer


We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. If Interplus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent.



When this Privacy Policy applies


Interplus’s Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Interplus Inc., including services offered on other sites (such as advertising services).

Interplus’s Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals or other sites linked from Interplus’s mobile adverting services. Interplus’s Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise Interplus’s services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies such as tags and scripts to serve and offer relevant ads.



Security


The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.



Changes to this Privacy Policy


We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
